To me, there’s no such thing as too many vests. Vests are good for hiding or downplaying gynecomastia. I bought this because it is so novel. I’ve seen camouflage on pants, undershirts, even thongs, but never on a standard vest.
I’m color-coordinated and wearing it at work. None of my co-workers have commented on it. And I haven’t gone out of my way to express, “Look at me in my new vest, guys!” Let’s just say this is not for a typical work setting. Maybe I gotta try harder to find a funky, hip-hop job smoothed out on the R&B tip.
It does come with matching bowtie and handkerchief for those who like extra perks. I think the material is a bit thin, but this isn’t a vest for the ages anyway.
If you want something novel, then it works. But don’t expect Andre Leon Talley to compliment you on this item.
