I ordered a set of Hematite tuxedo cufflinks and studs for a gift for Christmas. After what seemed like too long, I hadn’t received them so I contacted the company. Not only did Aaron get right back to me (within a couple of hours), they made sure I got my order in time for Christmas by rushing out a new set. (It appears there had been a problem during the shipping of the original). My Dad loved the cufflinks and I would order from them again because I know the service will be there.
