I’m a 36 DD and ordered the small size because the size chart referred to my dress size and not the bust size. When I got the pump bra there is a great sizing chart on the back of the box. This should be on the site when you purchase. I wasn’t even close to fitting into the small. Medium maybe but I found a better hands free pump bra. Easy Expressions!

Ok, I’m so thrilled to have this. I am a speech therapist and I am now able to type my daily notes at work, getting AHEAD instead of behind, when I pump. I don’t have to sit there and stare at the walls, holding two pumps up! Seriously, this works and it is actually comfortable. The material is stretchy, swimsuit type material. It slips on quickly and is well worth the money. Thanks to the mom who invented it! Works perfectly with my Medela breast pump. I would imagine it would work well with all.

You think you can get by without this- but if you are planning to pump more than once a week- trust me, you can’t. I ruined three bras trying to create my own homemade version of this concept. All my results were vastly inferior to the pumpease. It is cute, comfortable, and frees your hands to eat or surf the web. Pumping can be very monotonous so you will want some type of distraction. I pump more often because of the pumpease. It is well worth the money!

This product is a godsend. It allowed me to pump at work handsfree for 9 months. The beauty of this product is that it fits over a regular breastfeeding bra. That means, no changing clothes every time you pump. Several of my breastfeeding friends have bought this product on my recommendation and love it. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without it! Buy this for any breastfeeding mom you know.

I’m getting ready to go back to work with my second child. Last time,I used the Medela hands-free pumping kit–the one with the special bra and the rubber bands. It was horrible, the bras were expensive and uncomfortable, and I couldn’t use any other pump horns but the standard ones. I hated it, and it made me sore, but it’s almost impossible to double pump without a hands-free kit of some kind.
This time I decided that I couldn’t handle those awful Medela bras any more (they poke me under the arms so badly I get bruises). Most hands-free bustiers seem to only work without a bra, and I wasn’t going to take off my bra and put on a bustier at work.
Pump Ease is practically perfect. It’s comfortable, it has a good seal, and it’s cute. I have very large breasts (size F when I’m NOT pumping) and they’re not particularly perky, but this worked for me anyway. Many products do not. This was the best money I’ve spent recently.
