These Dumb & Dumber tuxedo costumes were not made from the best materials (some type of synthetic). However, they did look pretty good once they were on, and they were much more comfortable than a real tuxedo. The costumes were extremely wrinkled out of the box (fixed with a couple turns in a hot dryer with some fabric softener). Additionally, the top hats definitely do NOT stand up like a proper top hat; rather, they were very droopy and looked like they belonged with a “pimp” costume. This was fixed by inserting cardboard cutouts inside the inner band of the hats. Also, the costume just fit me (5’6″, 180lbs.). It may be a tight squeeze for someone taller/heavier.
Bottom line, if you’re looking for an inexpensive Dumb & Dumber tuxedo costume and aren’t looking for top of the line quality, this is a great costume. They did look great for Halloween.
